Approvals are not guaranteed and are subject to bank or issuer decision.
Submitting your funding request will not impact your personal credit score. If you choose to proceed with an offer, certain funding options may require a hard credit inquiry, which the partner discloses and you authorize before it happens. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Please consult a licensed professional for personalized guidance.
Our role
What Marvelous Homes Inc is
- An independent referral partner and introducer.
- A place to compare which funding products your profile plausibly clears.
- Compensated by funding partners when a referral funds.
Boundaries
What it is not
- A lender. We do not fund loans.
- A bank or a licensed broker of record.
- A party to any credit decision, rate, amount, or term.
- Ever paid by an applicant.
Fees
What this costs you
Nothing. We do not charge applicants a setup fee, a consulting fee, a subscription, or a success fee. When a partner funds a referral, that partner compensates us. You will never be asked for payment on this site, and any partner fees are disclosed by that partner in writing before you sign anything.

Testimonials
Why there are no success stories on this site
Funding sites are full of them, and most cannot be substantiated. Our policy is that a result is published only when it is documented, current, representative rather than cherry-picked, and carried alongside a plain disclaimer.
Results vary and depend on credit, income, and lender approval. Not typical results.
Until results meeting that standard are available for publication, this site shows lender guidelines instead: the amounts, terms, and minimums our partners publish. Those are checkable, and they are what actually determines whether you qualify.
Credit data
How we handle your information
Credit information is regulated for good reason. Here is exactly what we collect, what we do not, and who sees it.
- What we collect
- The pre-qualification form collects self-reported bands, not documents: what you need funding for, an amount range, a credit score range, time in business, revenue range, and your contact details. We never ask for a Social Security number, a bank login, or a card number.
- No credit inquiry from us
- We do not pull your credit report. The credit question is a self-reported range and placing it has no effect on your score. If you proceed with a partner, that partner discloses and obtains your authorization for any inquiry.
- Who we share it with
- The partner you choose, and only when you choose them. Clicking through to a partner is what starts that handoff. We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute it across the network by default.
- How it is stored
- Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to named staff accounts, protected by authentication and role-based permissions, and can be revoked at any time.
- Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.

All rates, terms, amounts, and approvals are determined solely by those partners and are not guaranteed. Information on this site is for general educational purposes and is not a commitment to lend. By submitting a request you consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email. Loan products may not be available in all states.
